Good timing. The day it arrived, I really needed it. I had a stiff neck and slight headache.I charged up the massager and used it for 15 minutes. I felt better that quick. It runs for 15minutes and then stops on it's own. Worked quickly for me.

Great relief!

This product allows me to relief my neck stresses. Since pandemic and stopped going to gym and stays home most of the time. My neck was very collapse. After using this I felt the improvement of neck blood circulation. Now I can work a longer time without feeling tired!

I wish I had thought about this years ago . This massager with heat is perfect after a long day at work . It’s like a mini chiropractor at home . It fits perfectly around the neck and gives great stimulation. Comes with travel bag and usb charger

Convenient to use, does the job

My favorite part of this massager is that it’s wireless, unless many other massagers out there. It comes with 2 gel patches that can connect to the main body in case you want to use it on others places as well. The heating function is great as it actually gets much warmer than I expected; I only had to use the low or medium setting. There’s a button to cycle through the 6 different massage modes, and the color indicator changes based on which mode you choose. I wish that the instructions listed which color corresponds with which mode, but unfortunately it does not, so you just have to try each and see. It would also be nice if there’s a timer option, as the default is 15 minutes and can’t be adjusted. Although there could be some improvements, overall the massager serves its purpose well so I’m satisfied with it.
